  only ever had take out (pickup) from this location. I always order online ahead of time, nobody likes to wait, right? not so fast, prepare for a long wait even when ordering well ahead of time. out of the last 3 visits, showing up at the 'order ready time' still had to wait, 25min, 30min and 40min respectively. not sure how this place is still in business. this location puts a stain on the Swiss Chalet consistency. they weren't even busy in the take out or dine in. ridiculous. tried various roast beef dinners 4 different times, never had a decent one, too fatty, too tough, over cooked, tiny portion size of the beef. other locations usually good food, usually hot, usually over priced (not good value but good food, quickly). avoid this one if at all possible or make a day trip out of it and stick with chicken.

  I have had mostly good experiences with this restaurant. The service has been adequate and food brought hot and quickly to the table. There has been the odd time it was slow but mostly can't complain.

  ZERO STARS food was cold, they forgot our desert then billed us for it, drinks were watered down,seats were torn up and dirty. THE ABSOLUTE WORST RESTAURANT IVE EVER BEEN TO. Ive never wrote a review before but this made me so mad.

  Consistent and fast as I expect from any well managed Swiss Chalet. I haven't read the other reviews that aggregate to 2.9/5 at the time of writing this (04/2017) but my experience was excellent!

  Gross, my roast beef and baked potato were barely warm and the beef was chewy. I stopped getting delivery from this place because there was always something wrong with my order. Hasnt gotten any better in a year. Only thing that was hot (or at least hotter than my beef dinner) was my soup
