  This Tim Hortons has a great service. I visit this location every weekday morning to get my coffee. I highly recommend it. The drive through gets quite busy around 7:30 in the morning.

  I didn't have the best experience with this Tim Hortons. Maybe because it's a 24h store, when I came in at around 11pm at night on my way home, the person supposed to respond at the Drive Thru took couple minutes. Then when asking for a specific kind of Timbit, they kept saying they didn't have any, so I had to go with the one's I really didn't like. Then when asking for a REGULAR coffee, it was made overly sweet - ruining the whole experience. I didn't give it a flat-out 1-star review because I assume the reason for the lack of Timbits was because it was late at night, but not the best customer service experience. Food quality, and customer service, especially during night time hours could improve.

  Twice recently at this location I have received Chuck E. Cheese medallions in my change, and today the only thing right in my drive thru order was the coffee. Had the 'double toasted' bagel been any less toasted it would still be dough and the carrot cake muffin turned out to be a fruit explosion. Accuracy and quality seem to not be priorities at this location, but the coffee is . . . OK.

  Very good tea. Coffee not always the best. Staff not always friendly. Students on the weekends are rude. There is no adult supervision. As long as the owner brings in the profit they don't care how the customer is treated. And I never see the owner there in the weekends! Shameful!
